FormsHelper provides an AI-powered question-answering service. Users purchase credits and use them to submit questions and receive generated answers.

3. User Responsibilities

You are solely responsible for how you use FormsHelper. By using the Service, you agree that:

• You will comply with all applicable local, national, and international laws and regulations.
• You will not use the Service to cheat on exams, tests, assessments, or any academic or professional evaluation where such assistance is prohibited.
• You will not use the Service in any manner that violates the rules, honor codes, or policies of any institution, organization, employer, or platform you are subject to.
• You will not use the Service for any illicit, fraudulent, or otherwise disallowed purpose.
• You understand that FormsHelper does not monitor or vet the purpose of individual queries, and that misuse is entirely your own responsibility.

FormsHelper bears no liability for any consequences arising from your use of the Service, including academic disciplinary action, professional consequences, legal penalties, or any other outcome resulting from prohibited or illicit usage.

4. Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You must not share your account or API tokens with others. You are liable for all activity that occurs under your account.

5. Credits and Payments

Credits are purchased through our payment processor and are non-refundable unless required by applicable law. Credits have no monetary value and cannot be transferred or exchanged.

We reserve the right to modify credit pricing, payment methods, and refund policies at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.

Credits are consumed when you submit a question to the Service. Each character in your question and in the generated answer counts as one credit. You are responsible for monitoring your credit balance and ensuring you have sufficient credits to use the Service.

6. Prohibited Conduct

You may not:

• Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, overload, or otherwise abuse the Service.
• Use automated tools to generate queries in bulk beyond normal personal use.
• Resell or redistribute access to the Service without written permission.
• Attempt to circumvent any credit, rate-limiting, or authentication mechanism.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. FormsHelper does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or fitness for any particular purpose of AI-generated responses.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, FormsHelper and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Service.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, if we believe you have violated these Terms of Service.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Service at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
