FormsHelper ("we", "us", "the Service") is committed to being transparent about the data we collect. This policy describes exactly what personal data we store, why we store it, and how it is used. We do not sell, share, or monetize your data.
All data collected by FormsHelper is strictly limited to what is necessary for the Service to function. The following table describes every piece of data we store:

| Credits balance | Tracks the number of credits available on your account, required to use the AI generation feature. |
| Session tokens | Randomly generated tokens used to authenticate API requests. Expire after 30 days. Deleted on logout. |
| Payment records | Stores the payment ID (from our payment processor), credits purchased, price paid, and payment status. Used to credit your account upon successful payment and to audit transactions. |
We do not store the content of your queries. Questions submitted to the AI generation endpoint are sent directly to OpenAI's API and are not persisted in our database.

The following third-party services receive limited data as required for the Service to function:
Your account data is retained for as long as your account exists. Session tokens are automatically invalidated after 30 days or when you log out. If you wish to have your account and all associated data deleted, contact us at [email protected].
Passwords are hashed using the Argon2 algorithm and are never stored in recoverable form. Session tokens are generated using a cryptographically secure random generator. We use HTTPS to protect data in transit.
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time by contacting us at [email protected]. We will fulfil such requests in accordance with applicable law.
We may update this Privacy Policy to reflect changes in how the Service operates. We will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page when changes are made. Continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
